What's the difference between Diode and fiber laser engraving? +
Diode lasers work on organic and non-metallic materials like wood, leather, acrylic, glass, and slate. Fiber lasers are designed specifically for metals — stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, and anodized surfaces. We have both, so we can handle any material you bring us.
Can you engrave a YETI or Stanley tumbler I already own? +
Yes! You can bring in your own tumbler or drinkware and we'll engrave it for you. We accept YETI, Stanley, Hydro Flask, Ozark Trail, and most other stainless steel drinkware. The engraving is permanent and dishwasher safe.
What file format do I need to provide? +
Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) give the sharpest results. We can also work with high-resolution PNG or JPG files. If you only have a low-res image or just a concept in mind, our team can help convert or recreate your artwork — just ask when you reach out.
How long does laser engraving take? +
Most orders are completed within 3–7 business days after proof approval. Rush turnaround is available for an additional fee — contact us with your deadline and we'll do our best to accommodate. Same-day service may be available for simple, single-item orders.
Is there a minimum order quantity? +
No minimums on most engraving orders. We engrave single items all the way up to large bulk corporate orders. Pricing per piece is typically better on larger quantities, but we're happy to do just one.
Can you engrave items I purchase from you, or only items I bring in? +
Both! We carry a selection of blank tumblers, wood items, and other engravable products that you can purchase and have engraved in one order. Or bring in your own item — either way works perfectly.
